Refund policy

Please  check all goods thoroughly after received the goods, if the goods has no quality problem, no refund allowed.

If for a whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it , you may also contact us for a return and refund , kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is on the customers cost and is non-refundable, Items Must be returned in their original packaging ,unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund. 

* Returns must include all accessories

*  Items must include original packaging

* For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs

* For non-quality related warranty claims, VRX RACING refunds the cost of the product itself

* Note that the returns shipping fee is non-refundable and products must be returned unopened and unused for a refund.

* Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at serive@vrx-racing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without our approval a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your item has an issue, please first submit a ticket to our support center.

Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

1) Describe the problem with your item in detail, What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and serial number.

2) Tell us what steps you have already  taken to resolve the issue,

3)Provide the item code indicated on the gift box.

4)Send a clear photo or video showing the defects, these should be taken under good lighting.

Note: Photos /videos should ideally be clear and focused , taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance, this allows us to identify and verify the issues, we will always do our very best to help you, Thank you in advance for providing all the formation stated above.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
